Unsere Lösung
Based on our OCEAN TEC motor controller platform, we developed a customised BLDC motor controller that meets the following requirements:
- Waterproof design (IP67/IP68): Safe operation even when fully submerged in water.
- High performance & efficiency: Optimised control algorithms (FOC – Field Oriented Control) for an efficiency of over 95%.
- Robust embedded software: real-time control, comprehensive protection mechanisms (e.g. overcurrent, overtemperature, and undervoltage protection) as well as secure communication interfaces.
- Custom functions: Individual driving profiles, diagnostic functions, and over-the-air update capability.
Ergebnis
The end product is a compact, robust, and high-performance motor controller that not only exceeds technical requirements but also provides the customer with a clear market advantage: longer lifespan of the drives, simplified maintenance, and maximum reliability – even in extreme operating environments.
